RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Return
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused and show no signs of use,
- be in its original, unopened packaging,
- be in the same condition as received.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Opened products cannot be returned.
Products that are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons are also excluded from returns.

4. Return Procedure
Before returning any product, the customer must contact us to request a return.
The return package must include a completed return form.
Returns sent without prior contact may be rejected.
5. Return Address
All returns should be sent to the store address.
6. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.
If a package is not collected and returned to us, the refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within up to 30 days from the date the returned product is received and approved.
The refunded amount may be reduced by applicable costs, including shipping fees.
8. Unclaimed Packages
If the customer fails to collect the package and it is returned to us, the refund will be reduced by shipping costs.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
10. Damaged Shipments
Customers should check the condition of the package within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
11. Final Provisions
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
